This pull request fixes a regression introduced when we added a new way to create subsegments.

User experience

Fluent API should work

        Tracing.WithSubsegment("LoggingResponse",
            subsegment =>
            {
                subsegment.AddAnnotation("AccountId", apigwProxyEvent.RequestContext.AccountId);
                subsegment.AddMetadata("LookupRecord", lookupRecord);
            });
