Description of changes:
This pull request adds a new serverless pattern demonstrating API Gateway to Lambda to Amazon Bedrock integration using the Nova Micro text model via Terraform infrastructure as code. Key components include an API Gateway endpoint, Lambda function for Bedrock Nova Micro model inference, and complete Terraform configurations with IAM roles. Testing completed includes successful deployments, API validation, Nova Micro model integration testing, and IAM permission verification.
