Description of changes:
Problem: sometimes aws cli might fail with error
Blob values must be a path to a file, however it is hard to understand what was the problem. This can also happen as a part of a script, which complicates diagnostic, because error doesn't have neither name of the file nor any other details.The solution is to improve the error message, so user will have more information about what is happening.
