The documentation explains:
when a request targets a subresource, the corresponding query parameter value will be an empty string ("").
Example:
"http://s3.amazonaws.com/examplebucket?acl"
The CanonicalQueryString in this case is as follows:
UriEncode("acl") + "=" + ""
