A Regex do código de município está incorreta começando com uma barra "/" desnecessária .

Não lembro de ter mexido na release... Se você vê a data desse meu commit já tem muito tempo ... Já estava até esquecido

Na verdade é só o readme. Você alterou o readme que estava numa versão maior, modificando para uma versão menor. Por isso o questionamento

Não lembro pq eu faria isso... A alteração é unicamente para alterar a regex
