Technical Enhancements

Updated the moment and moment-timezone libraries. That said, moment.js is deprecated and will be removed soon.
Updated the Jasmine framework to the next major version (v4).
Removed the gulp-jasmine dependency. Jasmine tests no longer in Gulp.
