This PR adds DeFi Choice to the Base Ecosystem page under the consumer/social category.
DeFi Choice is a decentralized voting platform that empowers the community to recognize standout DeFi projects. It combines on-chain governance with social engagement, enabling users to participate in polls, support projects they believe in, and earn incentives for backing winning options.
We chose the consumer/social category to emphasize DeFi Choice's role in fostering community-driven recognition and gamified governance participation.
