What changed? Why?
This PR adds DeFi Choice to the Base Ecosystem page under the consumer/social category.

DeFi Choice is a decentralized voting platform that empowers the community to recognize standout DeFi projects. It combines on-chain governance with social engagement, enabling users to participate in polls, support projects they believe in, and earn incentives for backing winning options.

We chose the consumer/social category to emphasize DeFi Choice's role in fostering community-driven recognition and gamified governance participation.

HTTPS and redirect compliance verified
Logo added to /images/partners/ as defi-choice.webp (192x192)
Metadata is under apps/web/src/data/ecosystem/defi-choice/metadata.json
