Added card for EVCC

Description

This PR adds a new card that displays live data from EVCC.
EVCC is an open-source energy management system that optimizes the charging of electric vehicles and can also integrate and control other energy devices, such as heat pumps, PV systems, home batteries, and chargers.

Type of change

• Bug fix (non-breaking change which fixes an issue)
• New feature (non-breaking change which adds functionality)
• Breaking change (fix or feature that would cause existing functionality to not work as expected)
• Refactoring
