I'm glad we sat on this one for awhile, because I no longer support this implementation. zsh-utils doesn't need an environment plugin - I think that the job and general options would fit better in the utility plugin, or could be left out altogether. I still support adding a directory plugin however. |

Per #10 - Added an environment plugin that sets some of the options found in the directory/environment plugins from Prezto.
