fix: replace client ping test with HTTP

* re-encrypt secrets * remove GeoIP * bump OpenSSL to 3.0.12 * bump OpenVPN to 2.6.8 * bump sniproxy to 6.0.1 * deprecate WANPROXY * despace-entab * remove server(s) ping test
