We've been working with BigCommerce Support to investigate why Pickup Locations weren't working in our store.
After several conversations, they determined that the issue is caused by our use of the B2B Optimized Checkout. According to Support, the B2B Optimized Checkout currently does not support Pickup Locations.
We've also been advised that if we require this functionality sooner, the only option is to develop a custom B2B checkout solution.
Is there an ETA for native BOPIS (Buy Online, Pick Up In Store) / Click & Collect support in the B2B Optimized Checkout?
If this is already on the roadmap, even a rough timeline or current status would be appreciated, as it will help us plan whether to invest in a custom checkout solution or wait for native support.
