Adding DeepWiki badge to README similar to cornerstone repository

Plan:

  • Examine the repository structure and existing README
  • Review the referenced commit from cornerstone repository to understand the badge format
  • Add DeepWiki badge to README.md after the title
  • Verify the change matches the expected format

Changes to make:

  • Add [![Ask DeepWiki](https://deepwiki.com/badge.svg)](https://deepwiki.com/bigcommerce/stencil-utils) to README.md

This is a minimal documentation change that adds a DeepWiki badge following the same pattern used in the cornerstone repository.

The DeepWiki badge has been successfully added to the README.md file. The badge [![Ask DeepWiki](https://deepwiki.com/badge.svg)](https://deepwiki.com/bigcommerce/stencil-utils) was implemented in commit 3d0fd96 and is positioned correctly after the title, matching the same format used in the cornerstone repository.
