created a tuple for each agent, put them all in an array, created a function that prints and returns the number of compromised agents and it uses string interpolation, currently on step 5

created a function that finds agents that have access level 8 or higher, it'll print their name and access level. And if they've been compromised, it'll add that detail to the print statement too.
