headless: PROXY_ENDPOINT override in run_matrix.sh - #156

Passes --proxy-endpoint through to run.js, so the matrix can run straight against a self-hosted vLLM server (nimbus/nimbus2) that the proxy has no route for. Unset keeps the current behaviour (NRP proxy).

Adds an opt-in
PROXY_ENDPOINTenv var toheadless/run_matrix.sh, passed through torun.js --proxy-endpoint(which already supports it). Unset keeps the current behaviour, so existing callers don't change.Why: this lets geo-agent-benchmark run its tiers directly against a self-hosted vLLM server on the k3s cluster (
vllm-nimbus,vllm-nimbus2, …) without first adding a proxy route. That's how we screen a new local model on the standing agentic workflows (geo-agent-benchmarkscripts/run_local.sh, which adds this same line to a throwaway clone until this lands).run.jsstill times and records usage for direct calls, becauseisProxykeys off the endpoint's origin.Tested 2026-10-27:
numeric-tier ca-30x30 question againsthttps://vllm-nimbus.carlboettiger.info/v1(modelqwen), with the vLLM key in/tmp/proxy_key. 109 s, 4 tool calls, transcript written with usage. The full numeric tier is running the same way now.
