What this achieves:

  1. move to RDS
  2. move to elasticache
  3. adds the joiner stream to the default compose.yml
  4. updates broker toml files
  5. sets bento api default to 8081 removing need for additional flags
  6. simplifies redis_ttl
  7. drops minio for s3
  8. converts userdata to yaml format for ease of use

Reasons for using aws services:
cleaner pulumi code, simpler userdata

Can you make sure that all the ec2 instance names include chainId and some sort of label (e.g. nightly/stable/dev name). Currently theres a bunch of instances all with names boundless-bento-prover or boundless-bento-execution and its hard to figure out what cluster they are part of
