This PR adds:

  1. bican_flow_diagram.md : A mermaid sequence diagram which shows how data and materials flow across the BICAN ecosystem.

@satra , @carolth - this is the most current version of the diagram but let me know if there is anything I should update.

@satra - Can you review the definitions I added and help me add definitions for BICAN Investigator, SeqCores, and Terra Alignment .
