…allel Create a new deployment classpath on the runtime module, which depends on the deployment module and is resolved at validation time. Update Quarkus unit tests to avoid verifying implicit dependencies. Add parallel validation tests to catch configuration lock issues.
Adds decorators for when the OpenShift internal registry is being used so that the configuration items for `quarkus.container-image.name` and `quarkus.container-image.image` are effective in the same way that they would be when pushing to an external image repository and so that the nameing is consistent between the BuildConfig, ImageStream, and ImageStreamTag.
