This pull request updates many libraries to their latest version and removes the toml version management for a more explicit library management
I have changed the logging api for log4j because it's extremely difficult to change the logging level of an application using slf4j on project that use gradle and not maven poml
I had to change the signature of the
onfunction with InboundPacket type to avoid breaking changes and fix the conflicting error
