LPC84x ISP reserves RAM below 0x10000600 (UART mode). LPC80x ISP reserves RAM below 0x100003a8.
A select timeout now correctly decrements the timeout counter, instead of aborting the read.

This is tested with LPC804 and LPC845 using an FTDI dongle.
LPC83x is untested.
