I didn't quite catch the meaning of the last part of the edited hint. I suggest to further clarify which errors are expected, and to rephrase how to yield specific files.

I believe that the edited phrase could be enhanced with a bit more elaboration: First, I suggest that you specify what error are expected if the user only executes the rule itself. Next I suggest to be a bit more clear on an example on how the user can specify which files are to be generated.
Background:
I have used the official documentation to learn snakemake, but I wish that I stumbled across this tutorial sooner!
Beginning with Snakemake will yield many erros which are difficult to comprehend first hand, yet I think your tutorial manages to explain a couple of these in a way, which helps with the basic understanding.
Currently, I'm stuck with a snakemake issue, so resorted to your tutorial in order to see if there is anything which I have overlooked.
