Added old Orca 4.x main tests to regressions

This is just a straight migration, I've not checked if any special test functions need to be setup.

1. Yes, each loc_entry should have the names of the previous unit test classes under it.
2. Previously we haven't kept input files around, though I'll make an executive decision to start doing that. They can't be added to regressionfiles.yaml though, otherwise the code will try to parse them as outputs.
