+ don't loose translation entries that happen to have same spelling. - Requires that menu name / title/ title_[language] be on separate row from menu entries.

But provides edit and appropriate row height for clicked on table cell.
event triggers were piling up; also scrollTo() wasn't working with empty data; now will scroll to correct column even without data.

The latest DataHarmonizer with a 1-many multiple dependent tables/tabs capability, along with a schema editor and multilingual locale editor function.
