What's a Workflow? How do I get a high level understanding of what a Workflow is from reading this?
Why do these limits matter? Is there a canonical use case that shows what this unlocks — ex: does being able to create this many instances per second make it possible to kick off a new Workflow every time xyz common action happens in your app — whereas before you'd hit limits?
