Ok, there is one issue regarding a tensorflow dependency in 3.12, I put this into draft mode until this is resolved upstream. |

This PR adds a python 3.12 image and fixes the build of the legacy 3.7 image.
Also, the way that cmsml is installed initially into the images is slightly changed.
masterbranch of the repo was fetched and installed. This, however, leads to problems when actually developing new features on other branches.
