Adds Signup page (TSX) with:

  • First name, last name, email inputs
  • Client-side validation + accessible labels
  • Prepped for future POST to /api/auth/signup

Testing:

  • Runs locally on /signup route (or the appropriate page path)
  • No breaking changes to other pages
