It might be best to implement an upload in csec's panel, but I suppose the list would change infrequently.

I don't know if this could benefit from slight documentation?

Yeah, I mean, I'm fine with letting the code just languish on GitHub until
we need it again. Or I'll just stick it in my home directory or something.
