This adds the
cpcommand for file transfers local <-> container.Loosely based on the structure of the
execcommand.The only flags added are the ones exposed by
podmanI stumbled upon this issue myself yesterday but I am by no means a python developer therefore I hope the code lives up to your expection.
Please let me know if anything should be changed.
