Clinical Quality Language (CQL) is a high-level, domain-specific language focused on clinical quality and targeted at measure and decision support artifact authors. It is designed to be human-readable while enabling precise expression of clinical logic for quality measures, decision support, and public health reporting.
This wiki is supported, in large part, by the Digital Quality Implementers Community (DQIC). The DQIC is a collaborative consensus-based effort to develop, advance, and standardize tools and platforms that make digital quality measurement possible. Our visionis to attract the leading experts and organizations in the sector to enable rapid advancement of a consensus agreed upon approach to a quality enablement layer for the country to ensure consistency across disparate solutions.
