This PR does a major refactoring of the tree, splitting out the actions tree into the separate
usingenum.To avoid another breaking change later, it also merges
jobinto theworkflowtree.This PR also adds constructors which provides a
manifest()function, this removes the need to expose them viautils.Lastly, docs have been expanded to show how it works and the Makefile is revamped to reduce the need to remember a lot of targets and commands.
