This adds support for different architectures to the Ubuntu download scripts.
The download of J-Link and nrfjprog have been updated to a newer version as well (although not tested because I don't have a programmer).
Instruction for the usage of the scripts has been added to docs/INSTALL.md because this seemed to be missing.
If anything needs any clarification, please let me know.
