Added new picture and updated names for CSESoc 2026 team.
In portfolios.ts, each person is supposed to have an image but its blank rn. Also when you try to cd into the execs-directors-subcoms on the website it shows 404 error :D but not when you type on google "csesoc execs" for some reason so I couldnt preview my changes
