  • Implement _index.tsx (home page) using temporary JSON data with functioning sorting for Patient Name, Assigned Social Worker, and Last Contact.
  • Import 'lucide-react' for arrow icons.
  • Update routes.ts to use _index.tsx instead of starter.tsx.
  • Logo still needs to be added.

The logo has been added by Pranav, go ahead and load it in on the page and then I'll merge

I added the CancerLINC logo based off Pranav's files.
