This is test repository to resolve issues I had with creating user-defined functions with SQLITE along with Microsoft.Data.Sqlite package.

Initial commit has issues from not using GCHandle and creating instance of delegate.

Project uses Microsoft.Data.Sqlite version 1.1.1.
