This updates the project to require iOS 8.0 or higher. Since less than about 2% of the user base is on an iOS version earlier than 9.0 it's probably about time to drop the older compatibility.
This removes the code for older versions of PSUpdateApp, which makes it easier for new developers to understand the project.
This also updates PSUpdateApp to use AFNetworking 3.0
