Need to fix the services that are complaining with missing file

There has been a lot of work in making vgpu work for the latest versions of linux in https://github.com/VGPU-Community-Drivers/vGPU-Unlock-patcher, I made a fork that made this work with flakes using a driver I precompiled, thanks to some contributions the module now compiles the driver itself and doesnt require --impure so I now feel comfortable making this pull request.
It also requests the files we can't download automatically.
There is a lot that you'd probably want to change especially in the README and in the guides folder, but I though I'd do the pull request even if it doesn't end up being merged.
