PLUGIN-1925:
This PR override sBigDecimalSplitter.tryDivide() with a safe implementation by using a pre-deterministic scale from the column metadata and includes a buffer of +5 digits to preserve accuracy.
PLUGIN-1929
This PR fixes the issue by bypassing the automatic URL parser so that the application generates the full verbose TNS descriptor string itself.
