I think the effect of this change will be to add a banner across all pages announcing that this lesson is in beta.
This won't be strictly accurate when it isn't under development (it is currently an outdated version of the main repo, not a beta of a new one), so I'm not sure if it's the best idea? But a banner might help folks to realize that they aren't looking at the main repo, at least?
