Fixed all warnings for broken links in markdown files that were in the wrong directory structure and where anchor titles with special characters and "id=" prefixes were no longer recognized in the new docs.
Changes include:
-removed special characters in markdown headings to make anchor links work
-removed the use of id= in front of anchors
-updated links to point to the correct paths in the docs folder
