I've upgraded Prefect dependency to version 3.1 and minimally adjusted the code to reflect the changes from Prefect 2 to Prefect 3.
I'd like to add a bit more functionality later such as creating tasks without the flow (in an existing flow) or usage of special object from
prefect-dbtlikeDbtCliProfileandDbtCoreOperation. So maybe more PRs from my side will be later.Anyway this PR provide the same functionality that
prefect-dbt-flowhas but with Prefect 3.
