Updates sys_traits from 0.1.25 to 0.1.27 to pick up Node.js runtime support in the WASM target (dsherret/sys_traits#80). This enables @deno/loader to run under Node.js without requiring Deno-specific APIs. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
