Release v2.0.0: Update website with download links

- Updated index.html with direct download links to v2.0.0 release
- macOS: AMI-macOS.zip (127MB)
- Windows: AMI-Windows.zip (65MB)
- Updated create_release.sh to include all build variants

Release includes:
- AMI-macOS.zip (standalone executable)
- AMI-macOS-App.zip (.app bundle)
- AMI-macOS-Installer.dmg (DMG installer)
- AMI-Windows.zip (Windows executable)
