This uses some bash (involving some peculiar GitHub Actions syntax for getting multiline strings into an environment variable) with
grepandcutandsedto extract the latest part of theCHANGELOG.mdfile, and pass it as input to therelease-pkgaction.Also adds a "force" option to this workflow.
