Now a monorepo:
the host app that we'd run to gather the benchmark results
components / scenarios to share between the different ember versions
code related to managing how how perf testing works (storing in localstorage, etc)
lots of boilerplate -- basically the same app for each ember version we want to test -- this allows us to use the public API way of compiling templates and running scenarios for each ember-source
