Parallel testing on MySQL doesn't work after the Debian Trixie update in #64:
Got an error on mysqldump when cloning the test database:
mysqldump: Got error: 2026: "TLS/SSL error: self-signed certificate in certificate chain" when trying to connect
The parallel test runner uses mysqldump. Debian Trixie resolves that (via default-mysql-client) to the MariaDB version. This causes a TLS mismatch with MySQL, because our compose file runs without custom certificates, and MySQL will auto-generate a self-signed one. (MariaDB release notes describe the TLS checking.)
I noticed this on MySQL 9.7, but it's possible it reproduces on lower versions.
