Sigh. Should we even support DIP1000 anymore? Making this PR work with it requires a lot more support from Phobos that we are extremely unlikely to ever see. |

Significant compile time improvement (was 3.5s to compile with unittests on my machine, now 3s), no noticeable runtime penalty.
