This is a PR that follows from doctrine/persistence#417 , and describes usage of AttributeDriver::setFileRegex() for custom files exclusion in orm docs.

A concrete example such as

User/
├── User.php
├── UserFixture.php
└── Actions/
    └── Register/
        ├── RegisterUserCommand.php
        └── RegisterUserTest.php

wouldn't be out of place I think.
