This PR adds a new report transformation for the MinimalCsomPermissionsPlugin by introducing text and markdown reporters.
- Adds a new mapping for MinimalCsomPermissionsPluginReport to the reporter mapping dictionaries in both PlainTextReporter.cs and MarkdownReporter.cs.
