Pull Request Overview
This PR completes the cleanup of HybridGlobalization references from the performance testing pipeline by removing the last remaining references in the iOS scenarios build jobs template. This follows up on the broader HybridGlobalization cleanup effort.
Key changes:
- Removes the
hybridGlobalizationparameter from the template - Updates comments to remove HybridGlobalization references
- Removes parameter passing to the build-perf-sample-apps template
