Add Entropy Scoring and update demo.coffee to display

Add back entropy scoring in two ways. 1) compute a log2 of guesses which would be an interesting way to show entropy. 2) add the classical log2(charsinset ^ token length) entropy computation back for both password and all matches. Rational was to use a standard method of password security measurement. Two new functions, estimate_entropy and binary_entropy have been added in scoring.coffee.
