An AutomorphismComposite is added, well matched to SpinReversalTransformComposite. By default it can make use of the new automorphism_generation.py functionality. When a calibration refinement is not used, use of these transformations is effective in mitigating for noise. An example is added that demosntrates effectiveness (see also internal D-Wave documentation).
Generators are presented for defect-free processor graphs: Zephyr, Chimera and Pegasus.
